Upute za ispravljanje grešaka u CDS/ISIS-u

Ispravljanje grešaka prema izvještajima

Nakon otvaranja baze u ISIS-u, u prikazu podataka, pod Format treba odabrati All. U tom prikazu podataka vide se kodovi polja, a to olakšava lociranje greške.

Ako se radi o greškama u poljima 230 do 290, u CDS/ISIS editoru treba odabrati LIB2 (višerazinci).

Ujednačavanje kodova za jezike

1. preko rječnika pronaći one zapise koji imaju krivi kod

2. upisati parametre za zamjenu pogrešnog koda ispravnim

Obavezno uključiti ove parametre:

  • u poljima "Text to find" i "New text" paziti na velika i mala slova
  • case sensitive - uz pomoć ove opcije kažemo ISIS-u da pazi na velika i mala slova
  • whole words only - neka ISIS uzima u obzir samo cijelu riječ (neka zamijeni SPE sa SPA, ali ne i SPEO sa SPA)
  • upisati tag polja
  • upisati naziv podpolja (ako postoji)
