  • APA klasifikacija - http://www.apa.org/databases/training/classcodes.html. To je klasifikacija literature u području psihologije i srodnih disciplina Američke psihološke asocijacije. Ova klasifikacija nema namjeru klasificirati područje psihologije, već literaturu relevantnu za područje psihologije!
  • UDK - univerzalna decimalna klasifikacija - psihologija ima oznaku 159.9
  • U PsycINFO bazi moguće je ograničiti pretraživanje na područje unutar psihologije koristeći kriterij Classification Categories (CC).
